All rental prices are per week and include gas, electricity and water. Final cleaning charge of £50 will be added to the rental price. If the house is left in the same condition as when you arrive this will be refunded to you. Bed Linen and Towels: available at extra cost, £8 per person. 20% discount with only 2 adults staying and not using the top floor (not school holidays). Short notice discounts may be available.
