All prices include electricity, gas, water and internet access.

10% with 4 people staying

20% with 2 people staying

 

We do not accept short stays with more than 4 adults.

 

Arrival and departure: no earlier than 1700hrs on arrival and no later than 1100hrs on departure.

Later departure and earlier arrival may be possible on request.

 

Linen hire: Bed linen and towels can be provided at an extra charge of £8 per person.

 

Cleaning / security deposit: A charge of £100 is payable in addition to the weekly rate. This will be refunded if the house is left reasonably clean and tidy and without damage.

 

Pets: are welcome, but we must be notified and they must be confined to the ground floor.

 

Visitors: a reasonable number of daytime visitors are welcome at Mallards, but the number staying overnight must not exceed 8 adults plus up to 2 children under 10. The driveway and car park is shared with permanently resident neighbours, so their privacy and right to peace and quiet must be respected at all times. Mallards is not suitable for noisy parties or large gatherings of family or friends.
